What we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

This policy covers redcapegames.com, run by Red Cape Games LLC ("we", "us"). It does not cover our games on Roblox, which are governed by Roblox's own terms and privacy policy.
What we collect
- When you apply for a job: the role, your name, email address, Roblox profile link, any portfolio links you add, and what you write about yourself.
- When you send a message: the topic, your name, email address and your message.
- When you visit: like any website, our hosting and network providers process your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use your IP address briefly, in memory and never stored, to stop the forms being used for spam. We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't identify you.
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Why we use it
To review your application and contact you about it, to answer your message, and to keep the site and its forms working and free of abuse. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run the site for us, and only to do that job:
- Fly.io hosts the site and stores form submissions, in the United States.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the site.
- Our email providers deliver form submissions to our inbox and send any reply.
We would only share more if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and messages for as long as they are useful to us: to reply to you, and to consider you for roles that open later. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This website's forms are not meant for children under 13, and job applicants must be adults. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us information, we delete it.
Changes
